Accounts Receivable Billing and Management Services:

• Bill all accounts and file insurance

• Post all payments and adjustments (by category)
• Provide detailed and meaningful weekly and month-end reports
• Follow-up on all unpaid insurance claims at appropriate intervals
• Analysis of charge accumulation and documentation
• Analysis of insurance payment by CPT code

• Monthly analysis of:

1. payors by financial class
2. aged accounts receivable
3. timeliness of contracted payors
4. charges, receipts, adjustments and refunds (by site, if applicable)
5. meetings with physicians (optional) to discuss trends, problems and to review management reports

• Checks are deposited directly into your bank account. A deposit receipt will validate the collection that will be posted in your financial ledger.
• A journal will be maintained listing all payments, charges and adjustments.
• All journals will be in accordance to GAAP (generally accepted accounting principals).
• A general ledger printout will be available that matches all deposits to deposit slips from your bank.
• Validate all procedures that are billed and collected.
• MEDSTAT, Inc. is fully bonded and holds valuable papers insurance.
• MEDSTAT, Inc. produces ten generations of back-up tapes as a safety measure.
• Document courier service is scheduled for weekly collection and delivery
